Alessandra received a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2019. She is now returning to UF to pursuit her Masters in Speech-Language Pathology after working as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant at The Einstein School and Fundamental Therapy Solutions. She is interested in exploring the mechanisms of swallowing and is excited for the opportunity to work with the ARC lab. Alessandra is from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and she loves staying active, cooking, and spending time with her growing family.
