Shanie Elkarif is a third-year undergraduate student from Boca Raton, Florida. She is studying Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of Florida and hopes to become a Speech-Language Pathologist. Shanie is eager to learn more about the lab and make a difference in her community.
When Shanie is not studying, she enjoys traveling so that she can meet people from a variety of backgrounds, trying out new recipes, and playing basketball.
